INNENHOFSTUDIOS are the first Dolby Atmos Home certified recording studio in Vienna.

That’s why we specialize in 3D audio sound mixing for music, streaming, games and online / VR applications.

Studio A has been certified by Dolby since April 2021. In addition, it has a 7.1.4 Genelec setup with dedicated OS X RMU.

As a result, we are an official Dolby partner. That’s why we are one of the first points of contact for 3D audio productions for the home entertainment sector in Austria

Of course, our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Our main DAW is Pro Tools | Ultimate HDX on OS X.

The controller is an Avid S6.

We are Austria's first official Dolby Atmos Music recording studio. We offer sound mixing and mastering in 7.1.4, music editing, arrangement and composition. In addition to experienced editors, we have an extensive network of musicians, composers and arrangers for high-end productions in all musical genres and moods.

Immersive SOUND DESIGN

We combine Foley and archive effects with original sounds to create lively sound worlds. Our main focus lies on supporting the image. Whether authentic and genuine or creative and extraordinary. In this way, we give the film what it needs.

GAME AUDIO 3D

Real-time, image synchronous recordings with timecode (LTC or RTS) from all over the world. We provide connections via ISDN, Session Link, SIP and SOURCE CONNECT Pro, as well as an international network of partner studios.

General information about Atmos

Atmos is a proprietary, object-based surround sound format introduced by Dolby Laboratories in April 2012.

In addition, the technology theoretically supportds an unlimited number of audio tracks. In contrast to channel-based 
Surround formats vector-based metadata can be included for moving objects in the data stream. Finally their coordinates are calculated by the receiver relative to the respective calibrated loudspeaker setup.
